ABOUT ME

I am a Gestalt psychotherapist, supervisor-in-training, and organizational consultant. Since 2019, I have been working in private practice, supporting clients on their unique journeys of personal growth.

 

In my practice I welcome anyone seeking support and wanting to find their way through life’s difficult passages. Much of my work focuses on helping people navigate relational challenges, anxiety, burnout, and professional or existential crises, but I am here for anyone ready to explore and grow. Alongside my therapy work, I am now expanding into supervision, offering guidance and reflection to fellow practitioners as they grow in their own work.

 

I am also passionate about horses and weave this into my practice through equine-assisted learning and psychotherapy, giving clients a powerful and unique way to connect with themselves and their relationships.

With over 16 years of experience in corporate settings - including 10 years in leadership - and a background in business and organizational psychology, I also support managers and organizations in navigating change, growth, and the challenges of working well together.
